Handstand: Practice lunge lever hop, then build up momentum and go all the way up and SNAP your legs together.

Front limber: Must know-bridge, handstand. Go into a handstand and bend your legs then fall into a bridge. Keep practicing on a high surface. One you perfect that, try it on the ground.

Backbend Kickover: Tip:look for the other wall. Keep your arms and legs straight. The bend one leg and PUSH HARD with the other.

This is Nadia  Comaneci, the first female gymnast to be awarded a perfect score of 10 in the Olympics. Born in 1961, this gymnast has won a total of 5 (if not more) gold medals at the Olympics. She is one of the best known gymnasts ever.
